Scott Green, the universitys president, said the structures demolition is a healing step for the community.
Bryan Kohberger also threw trash away in his neighbors' bins at 4 a.m., according to a CNN source.
One roommate who survived the slayings came face to face with the killer that night, according to the document.
The car matches investigators description of a vehicle that was seen near the victims house on the day the four University of Idaho students were killed.
