Killing of Ahmaud Arbery
A Georgia police officer said he would have warned Arbery about walking into the construction site if they had made contact before the 25-year-old was killed.
In tapes dating to July 2019, Gregory and Travis McMichael made accusations about theft and trespassing in their Georgia neighborhood.
The jury learned about Arberys final moments on Monday, including what the three men on trial for murder said as they pursued him.
Three white men chased and gunned down the Black 25-year-old while he was out for a run in Brunswick, Georgia, last year.

"I'm very confident that we will get justice, but whats so fearful is that after justice, Ahmaud wont be with me," Wanda Cooper-Jones said at a vigil.
Judge Timothy Walmsley said the duo appeared to have taken the law into their own hands when they shot Arbery, a 25-year-old Black man, to death in February.
The Black woman was shot by white officers in her home in Louisville, Kentucky. None of the officers involved was charged in her death.
