O'Donnell took aim at Watters and his predecessors in the prime-time slot at what he called "the lying channel."
"Does Fox have an entrance exam to make sure you're stupid enough to host 8pm?" asked MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell in response.
The Fox News host's defense of the former president sounded like a warning, even though it wasn't intended that way.
