The chartered plane took a nosedive into the sea near Cancun.
Barnes, whose firm was known for its ads and catchy jingle, died in a small plane crash along with his niece, Elizabeth Barnes.
Iran's state-run media said the crash is suspected to have been caused by mechanical issues.

The National Search and Rescue Agency said that 10 intact bodies, as well as body parts, have been recovered.
No one was injured in the metaphor.
