Ferrell said he and "SNL" co-star Chris Kattan met a movie star during the Christmas gig.
The comedy icon revealed the artificial appendage is "one of my treasured keepsakes."
The comedian also did his Saturday Night Live impression of the former president to his daughter Jenna Hager Bush.
The film turns the holiday classic around as Reynolds' Scrooge-like character gets Ferrell's ghost to reexamine his own past, present and future.
The actor brought his "Semi-Pro" character Jackie Moon back to life to inspire the home team to victory.
