My name is Tony Posnanski. In 2008 I was over 400 pounds. I wore a 5XL shirt and size 60 pants. Life was hard.

I decided to lose weight. I lost over 200 pounds in a year.

I also like to write about my thoughts as well. I am honored to be able to submit work to Huffington Post. I would not have had the courage to do it without the wonderful people who support me on my Facebook page.
