The children were discovered unconscious and unresponsive, according to New York police.

An effort to free the elephant thought to be illegally confined in the Bronx Zoo was rejected by New Yorks top court.
Some advocates say Happy the elephant should be legally considered a person, and freed from the Bronx Zoo, where she has spent the last 45 years.
Zoo officials said the joey will spend a lot of time in his moms pouch with just its head sticking out, but will eventually spend short periods of time outside the pouch.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced Wednesday that the Grammy-winning rapper had offered the financial relief for victims ofthe fire in the Bronx,where she grew up.
She disappeared by the time security got to the scene, and was apparently unharmed.
