Carson Daly and his wife know that sleeping separately brings them closer together.

The Voice host opened up about his sleep divorce from his wife of nearly 10 years, Siri Pinter, in a new interview with People magazine published on Tuesday.

Its been good for us, the entertainer said of the couples unique arrangement. We dont do it all the time, but a couple of days during the week especially if I want to watch an Islanders hockey game kind of later at night I go into the guest room, she retires upstairs to read her book or watch a show.

The two simply say, Goodnight, Ill see you tomorrow to each other, and then head their separate ways.
